This all steel coupe has been chopped for that awesome street look and the workmanship on the body is amazing. The body is very straight and true and the doors open and close with ease. No slamming to shut the doors on this one, just a slight push and "click" their closed and with a very tight fit and that is hard to find on an early Ford especially one that has been chopped. The underside is as nice as the top side with a powder coated frame and lots of chrome and stainless. Fully chromed Ford 9" rear end and front suspension. The engine and transmission have both been detailed to match car. Paint and trim look outstanding. All chrome and stainless are new as is all the glass and weatherstripping. The engine is a rebuilt 327 V8 with 4 barrel carb, polished intake, electronic ignition, and stainless steal headers and exhaust. Transmission is a 350 automatic. Engine and transmission run out perfectly with plenty of power and is very smooth. Rear end is a 9" Ford with 3.50 gears and posi traction. The rear suspension is a four bar set up with coil overs and the front is a drop I-beam axle with split wishbones and swaybar. The car also features four wheel disc brakes, emergency brake, air conditioning, cruise control, tilt wheel, power windows, power antenna, AM/FM CD player, power cowl vent, remote drivers window, and new Halibrand wheels with radial tires. The custom interior is beautiful with bucket seats up front and bench seat in the rear. The dash has been nicely detailed and houses multiple gauges that keeps everything in tack. The car runs excellent on the road and is very tight and comfortable. Would make for a fun cross country trip, see the country through the windshield of a 40 Ford Coupe.
