1995 Mercedes SL600 RoadsterV12 Only 64,000 Miles!Orig. MSRP Was $120,100! Wow, what an amazing Car. I purchased this car on 04/21/2010 for my personal use and pleasure. After driving it only 250 miles the car felt like it was losing power. I then replaced all 12 spark plugs, wire set, both caps and rotors and there was no difference. After reading the R129 forums I decided to replace the catalytic converters. After 4 cats replaced and a $1600 bill and still no change the car went to Mercedes. Mercedes said the transmission was slipping and needed a rebuild. I had the transmission rebuilt on 8/18/2010 and the car ran 100%. Since them I also had the hydraulic top cylinders replaced. The top works 100%. The hardtop is not pictured but is included but does have a crack in the glass and a lose headliner. The top has been in storage since I purchased the car. There are no warning lights on and the car runs 100% The radio has a mind of its own and works on and off. The paint shines and looks amazing. Interior is in excellent shape and only has light wear from being 17yrs Old. The car only has 64,678 miles since new.
