This is the real thing.I have sold these cars since 1976 and this is about as high integrity example as they come.The car lived in Florida and Alabama and there is absolutely no signs of rust or accident now or in its history.The car has always been a British Racing Green car with working overdrive.The paint and body is as nice as all 57 pictures reveal.The body gaps are perfect and body panels are dead straight.You can review the pictures of the undercarriage and see the car is not a rusty example,floorpans are clean and straight as are the inner sills,door jams,rocker panels and body panels.The car was a pleasure to photograph as it was clean in every aspect,no need to edit the pictures.Chrome and glass is perfect,paint is near perfect,no fish eye,no grind marks,no shrinkage,no dirt.The carpets are original and maybe the weakest part of the car as the quality of carpet was not that good when new,no wear no threadbare,just original.The softtop is a custom made fabric top,sewn for this car,it is absolutely as new,as is the top frame.The dash cap has no cracks or warpage,the dash face is the same.All gauges work properly and are in good condition.The suspension is extremely tight and fresh,both front and rear.The clutch,brakes,transmission,as well as overdrive work as designed by the factory.The engine is quiet,strong,and for a British car,fairly dry(no drips on the floor).If you have been looking for an exceptional example of an overdrive British Racing Green TR6,contact me at 615-971-4409.This and other European collector cars can be viewed at jpfrazier.com.there will be an additional $198.50 assessed to each sales transaction for dealer doc fees.Independent inspections are encouraged and welcomed.
