Up for sale is one of the craziest Pro Street cars you will find. 1960 Nash Metropolitan convertible. This is a roller with no engine or transmission. Set up for a hemi and turbo 400 transmission. Went 170 mph in the 1/4 with a blown injected hemi. Previously had a blown big block chevy. Front end of car was stretched about 20 inches when the hemi was installed. custom tube chassis, tubular front suspension with strange spindles and brakes. disc brakes on all 4 corners. Narrowed 9 inch ford rear end with strange axles and race goodies. Nice leather interior, very good driver paint, car shows well but not a perfect show car but nice and defiantly has the WOW factor. Car is all steel with no rust or dents. Drive shaft and crossmember is set up for a turbo 400 transmission. motor mounts still setup for hemi but would be easy to convert back to chevy. rear tires are DOT 29x15.5 on 12x15 wheels. stainless fuel cell in trunk and spare tire on back is actually another stainless steel fuel tank for street driving. This car actually has a receiver hitch and wiring for pulling a trailer. Previous owner drove car on the street and to shows alot. Must see to appreciate. Will consider all GOOD offers.
