Up for your consideration is a 1981 Plymouth Reliant K Car 2 door coupe! I am the second owner which was purchased last month. I purchased this classic from the person that bought this gem in August of 81. A friend of mine had to take the keys away from his mother, after a motorcycle came into contact on the rear passenger fender (08), thus the reportable accident that comes up. There is a light/reflector that is damaged in this area only. Comes with the original manual, as well as the window sticker. It does show some signs of a 30+ year old car, with some minor dings, dents and blemishes. It has a little cancer starting on the passenger rear window where the moulding is, and also at the gas cap door. This car is from a smoke free owner, and there is no evidence of the lighter even being used. There is no cuts in the seats, as well as the head liner....not even a crack in the dash! My friend told me that they purchased the tires less than 1000 miles ago, and look like new. The trunk has the original carpet, and looks new also! I took it into the shop this week, and had the brakes looked at, and the front rotors were turned. He put a new valve cover gasket on, as well as a tune up. He looked the car up and down, and stated that the only issue was the middle pipe on the exhaust from the converter, to the muffler that needed replaced. I did not replace this, as he does not run a tail pipe service. She runs fantastic! I have been taking her to work every day this past week (12 miles), and have tried everything in the car.
