You are Buying a 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 2WD NO RESERVE AUCTION 5.3 L V8, Automatic Trans Extended Cab with an 8 Foot Bed BAD TRANS!! This vehicle was traded in at a new car dealer, we bought it from them at auction. We then found out it has a bad trans. The interior is ok, one rip in the seat, see pics. The body has a few issues. The right front fender has a scrape and ding, see pics. Also the right bedside has a scrape. The tailgate is twisted and the handle is missing. I have a white tailgate that came off a GMC, it is all yours. The handle is missing on that one also, but the sheet metal is in better shape. The motor seems fine, although we could not drive it very far. The truck goes into gear fine and lot drives. Reverse works also. The problem is shifting from 2nd to 3rd, it slips BAD. No warning lights on. You should plan on rebuilding this trans or replacing with a used trans. I am a dealer, tax and title fees will apply for IL residents.
