Here we have a true rat rod built in the spirit of " Make it simple, keep it clean, affordable and mostly fun" 1931 Chevy 5 window coupe. Rescued from the crusher, put back together and ready to drive the tires off. All steel, clear Idaho title, a great running 472 B/B Caddy that was received from an older lady in Montana, that bought the car new, was the only owner and only put on 68K original miles on it. The maintenance was done regularly so it just runs strong. The trans is the original as well. It also works great. Want to turn those 33's? It's not hard! They won't stay new very long. We put a lot of parts on it. The safety items are all new or rebuilt. Turn signals and headlight all work. New items: Jig built custom frame. 2 X 4 X .125" Very Strong! Master Brakes master cylinder (power) Starter and 1 wire 110 amp alternator Holley carb (Caddy specific) All brake lines, as well as residual valves and proportioning valve. New vega steering box All heims for steering and suspension Front axle is a split wishbone 36 Ford with the wide five wheels, new wheel cylinders and shoes Complete wiring harness, headlights, signals and brake lights. 2 extra circuits for wipers and heater. Brand new BFG's all the way around. Back tires are 33 X 10.5 X 15 Bomber seats ( adjustable, on sliders) Gauges - Speedo, fuel, volts, oil and temp Fuel gauge stopped working not sure why yet. QA-1 coil over shocks on rear, So-cal shocks in front. Bear claw door latches Aluminum Radiator Dual electric fans Battery, cables and quick disconnect switch ( on firewall) Lake style headers. Other items: 10 bolt Chevy rear axle, 3:73 gears from a 88 3/4 ton Ladder bars with Panhard bar rear suspension. new glass all around with new regulators in doors. Lots of leg room and head room in this one. Steers very easily and is overall a cleanly built Rat There is a deposit due at winning of auction. Winner is responsible for shipping.
