DIESEL DURAMAX 2005 GMC TOPKICK I have a free and clear clean title, one owner, and fleet serviced GMC TOPKICK 5500. The TOPKICK have a TURBO Diesel 6.6L Duramax engine. Duramax pulls strong and no smoke at idle, and transmission shifts smoothly in every gears. This GMC Topkick is a work horse and a tow horse, but never been abused or overloaded. It comfortably seats 3 grown adults while carrying 23000gvw. It has ice cold AC, and very hot heater. Just did an oil change with Rotella Full Synthetic 5/40, and transmission changed with Mobil1 fluids, fuel filter changed... My friend that im listing this GMC Topkick for just told/corrected me on the tires. They're Michellin 245/70/19.5 steer tires. Toyo 245/70/19.5 outer drive tires with Michellin inner drives... Also according to AutoCheck the year is 2004, but I/we were told it was 2005. So I will go with AutoCheck year for the listing to be on safe side.On Oct-22-11 at 09:18:30 PDT, seller added the following information: I would like to add that this 6.6L DURAMAX diesel engine has tons of power and torque . This DURAMAX Diesel engine has seem to not have been chipped or modified, except for the regular tune up and oil changes. I know that the DURAMAX diesels will out last the VORTEX 8.1L gas/LPG engines. Also it has more power/torque to pull whatever you need vs 8.1L gas/LPG Vortex engine. I know if more power or fuel economy is needed, all you need is an "out of the Tuner/Programmers" like EDGE or BULLYDOG. I myself will not hesitate on driving cross the country road trip.
