You are buying a: 1976 MG Midget 1500 Convertible with a 4cyl Engine and a Manual 4 speed transmission at very LOW RESERVE considering the miles. The Exterior color of this beautiful little convertible is BRITISH RACING GREEN with a BROWN/CAMEL colored interior. There are 48,540 miles showing on the odometer and to the best of our knowledge, WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS IS THE ORIGINAL MILES ON THE CAR FROM A VERY REPUTABLE ANTIQUE AUTO DEALER. For a1976 (35yr old) car I would half to beleive that this is in VERY GOOD condition overall. It does look like the exterior of the car has been repainted and barely has a few dings here and there But we have had alot of attention drawn to this car at our Car Lot. It does not have any Rust that I can find because this is a Georgia car from what I can tell from the Title. If there is any you would have to look really hard to find it. My job is to tell you about the car to the best of my ability and to be honest and strait forward with you. I really feel that this MG Midget 1500 is an all around Beautiful and in a Very Nice Wonderful Running Condition. Everything works on the vehicle that I can tell with nothing broken that I could find on the interior. The original radio even works! I don't beleive the interior has been restored because it looks old but in Good Shape. The Vinyl Top would need to be replaced for the serious restorer because of a tear at the bottom, right behind the passengers door but we only would drive it on nice sunny days so it was never a concern for us. The only thing that we have had to do to this MG was rebuild the carburator in October 2010. We have owned the car since August 2010. The only other thing I can think of is that we do not have a door key/trunk key on this little convertible. When I asked my Dad about it He told me that he has never locked the doors on it anyway so............. there you go, for what it is worth I'm sure you could be savy and find a key for the doors if you really want too. I just say YES SIR, if you know what I mean! Bottom Line is that this is a fun little Toy Car with alot of conversational history at a GREAT VALUE. TITLE and TAXES: I am a Dealer, however, this is my Dads personal vehicle so there will be NO TAXES and NO other FEES. What you Bid will be the Final Price you will pay. I do have a Clean Georgia Title in hand. Buyer will get the Title and a Bill of Sale for this transaction. Shipping for this vehicle, will need to be arranged by you, (the buyer) and as always this vehicle can be driven home from our car lot.
