Vehicle Detail
What you are bidding on is a very good 1946 model Willys Military Jeep that is currently running with the motor, transmission, and differentials in good condition. It has the 4 cylinder flat head engine with original transmission. The over all body and frame condition on this jeep is very good, no significant rust, and no significant damage. This jeep is ready to drive, cranks and runs good and used for exhibitions on a regular basis. Original rims with good tires, small crack in windshield, has 5 gallon fuel can and mount. Spare tire rim, and Army Insignias. Mostly original except the generator has been switched to an alternator for 12 volt system. It does need some minor things completed, such as tune up and possibly rebuilding the carburator. It does not have a choke and is a little cold natured until it warms up. The jeep is dry stored and covered. Very few to be found like this one. Also has a 50 cal. replica mounted, with fake ammo and can.. (gun is non operational) Great for parade vehicle or hunting transport, This jeep is being sold with a Bill of sale only, (no title) . Vehicle is being sold in "As-Is" condition, make sure to read description and examine photos carefully before bidding. Everything in the photos on the jeep goes with it. The buyer assumes all risks and liability associated with the use and or operation of this vehicle. Known issues: cold natured when first cranked needs some minor wiring completed spare gas can has a small leak small crack in windshield has a couple lug nuts missing minor shimmy in front end at times
