Vehicle Detail
1970 Chevy Camaro Camaro is for parts or rebuild. I purchased this car at an auction and did not receive a title with it. I am currently looking into getting a title through my local DMV. Car will sale with a title or a Bill of Sale, I will update on status of title as I find out. This Camaro would make an excellent project or parts car for existing project. As you can see in the pics, the exterior is in good condition and it comes with the extra parts shown. I do not have the entire front clip or front fenders, but I do know where one is for sale. The dash is intact and the car has back glass, passenger side glass, rear bumper and taillights. I believe this car to be a Z28. I originally purchased this car as a Father/Son project, but it is to much for my knowledge. I do not know this car really well as I purchased it recently, but please let me know if you have any qestions, and I will respond with answers. The car sales as is / where is and is available for inspection and local pick-up only in Grand Island, NebraskaOn Oct-10-11 at 19:04:54 PDT, seller added the following information: After many questions and messages from people who know way more than I do about these cars, I am confident that this is NOT a Z28. I originally was led to believe it was and wanted to revise this listing so everyone knew what I found out. Thanks again for the interest and feel free to send any questions. On Oct-14-11 at 12:28:59 PDT, seller added the following information: I spoke with my local DMV. This car will be sold with a bill of sale, but no title. They told me this happens all the time and it is fairly easy and painless to get a title, but it could take up to 30 days. The winning bidder will have to take the bill of sale to the DMV and they will give you paperwork to fill out. Once this paperwork is filled out, they will try to notify the last registered owner that the title is going to be changed. Once they feel they have fulfilled this obligation (whether they actually contact them or not) they will issue the new owner a title. They called this a bonded title. They said there should be no problems since I actually purchased this car on an auction myself. If for some reason there was a problem the auction house I purchased the vehicle from would have the paperwork and documentation proving that they had legal right to posses and sale the vehicle. I have never actually done this, but this is what I was told. They said it would be easier and faster for the new owner to do this rather than having me do it and then having to transfer the title to the new owner.
