I am relisting this volvo C70 because I wanted to emphisize again......... There was "NO BODY DAMAGE TO THIS VEHICLE WHATSOEVER!!!" The only things I had to do were replace 2 wheels and tires because they were bent and repair and repaint the front bumper only!! So with that said, I hope that everyone understands that this was a rediculous reason for insurance to pay off someone for this C70. We all have done more damage to our own personal vehicles than this and would never get away with insurance paying us off for our cars......... BUT IT HAPPENS Because this is a perfect example! If you wonder why insurance does this, like I did, "Georgia law requires that only 2 components of the vehicle need to be damaged in order for an insurance company to deem it Salvage or a Total Loss". Auto Check is ONLY showing that this Volvo C70 was involved in an accident, but is not clear if it was MINOR, MODERATE OR MAJOR DAMMAGE REPORTED!???? DON'T BE AFRAID TO BID ON THIS VOLVO!! You are buying a : 2004 Volvo C70 2DR Convertible LT with the 197hp 2.4L 5 cyl Turbocharged engine with an Automatic transmission, front wheel drive coupe/conv with 79,250 miles on the odometer. This is a LOW RESERVE AUCTION!! IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, I MAY OFFER A "SECOND CHANCE" TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER, SO STAY TUNED!!! The Kelly Blue Book "Private Party Good Condition" price is $9,650 and the "Private Party Fair Condition" is $8,650. If there ever was a time to get a Volvo C70 convertible at a steal THIS ONE IS IT!!The exterior paint still looks good and glossy in the "Black Sapphire Metallic" color with a very nice Black Leather interior staring at the uniformed gages with a 140mph speedo and beautiful Cherry colored wood grain accents around the steering wheel, radio, dash, center console and shifter. The automatic operating Black fabric Top works flawlessly and still looks to be in very good shape with nothing torn or deteriorating that I can tell. This is a very nice luxury style convertible and most importantly, safe and reliable, for your family to ride in style. This C70 is loaded with all the bells and whistles, including, drivers front and passengers front airbags and also both have side airbags. It also has Power windows, locks and mirrors. Both seats are power and I believe have an 8 way adjustable control, are also heated and have memory. This Volvo has cruise, telescoping tilt on the steering wheel and automatic lights. It has a multi disc in dash CD player and AM/FM radio with all kinds of display buttons and gadgets that tell about maintainence issues, to how many miles per gallon of gas you are getting. This C70 also has a Traction Control stability button and 4 wheel ABS. The exterior of the car I would rate an 7 out of 10 being the best, only because of some small scratches that have been touched up with touch-up paint located behind the drivers door that I pointed out in the pictures.The area is about 20" long by 2" tall in a uniformed line. There are a few very tiny scratches and paint chips here and there but no real dings or dents that I can find. The paint is very glossy and not dull. All 4 wheels do have moderate curb rash. The interior is also an 8.5 out of possible 10 only because of a 4 inch long discoloration of the drivers seat on the edge because of getting in and out of the car (see pics) and the rest of the interior looks great with minimal wear and nothing broken or not working that I could find other than the passengers front floor mat is missing and the drivers sun visor is broken but I still have it. (According to Volvo these break very often and the only reason I didn't replace it is because it is an unusually very small visor and does not seem to help much on a sunny day anyway). The air is ICE COLD and heat is HOTTER THAN SUMMER. I have personally driven this car for 200+ miles at speeds up to 80+ mph and have nothing to complain about or to be alarmed with. I have put a brand NEW set of 17" Michelin Primacy MXM4 matching tires, mounted and balanced on the car with an alignment from our local tire company. This vehicle has also been personally inspected in the air on our hydraulic lifts by my brother who preforms his own 33 point inspection of the vehicle. He has 10+ years auto experience, manages our mechanics and is also very mechanically inclined himself. This is done to insure you, our customer, that we know exactly what we are selling you. If its Broke, WE FIX IT! I am a Used Car Dealer with a Parts/Rebuilders License in Georgia and I rebuild and restore vehicles.The history of this 2004 Volvo C70 is that I purchased it from an insurance auction deemed a total loss in witch the previous owner was payed by his/her insurance company monies for their loss, giving this vehicle a "Salvage" History. I have included the pictures of the damages and as you will see, you can't even tell where the damage is!!! This was the most unbelievably, undamaged vehicle that was paid off by an insurance company, over something so petty, that I have ever encountered, for a vehicle to be this nice!!! The damage was ONLY to the bottom of the front bumper and both wheels were bent on the drivers side due to running over something hard but small in the road. All parts were replaced with genuine Volvo manufactured original equipment/parts. THERE WAS NO FRAME DAMAGE AND NO AIR BAGS WERE DEPLOYED! All of the lights on the display panel are working properly and NO check engine light is on. I hold a Georgia REBUILT TITLE in hand, meaning this C70 has been through the rigorous inspections by the state of Georgia to declare this a SAFE and ROAD READY vehicle.
