It was traded at Mountain States Toyota on a brand new pickup. They don't sell anything like this, so we acquired it from them. The truck is in very presentable shape, has some very light hail outside and paint is faded a bit, but hey, it's a 21 year old pickup. The interior is in fantastic shape for the age, and it came in that way. It runs perfect and drives easy, hasn't been smoked in, everything works, comes with a nice topper and is ready for the winter. These older Toys are very difficult to find in decent shape and it's not often you come across one with under 200k miles with a 1-owner history. This is a neat truck and a great buy, probably the longest lasting 4x4 you can find for 5k. exterior This pickup is in very presentable shape for an older Toy. It's been here in Colorado since day one and we don't salt the roads, so this one hasn't rotted out like so many older pickups you see. The paint is a bit faded and there is fine hail on the hood and passenger bed side, but not awful. The body is straight overall, no obvious damage or bad dents. The topper still looks decent, bumpers are straight and everything lines up ok. The truck has a clean Carfax, no accidents. The wheels look fine, tires are a bit thin, but ok to drive on. They are down to the wear bars, so at 50+mph it vibrates a tad on the highway. That'll go away with new rubber. $360 for the same size, affordable all terrain, local brand, mounted balanced, total, etc. (No tax.) The photos show the truck well, has normal road wear, few small marks, and a couple tiny rust bubbles like anything 20 years old. Have a look. interior The interior is very clean for the age. It hasn't been smoked in, smells pleasant. The upholstery is in awesome shape, drivers base has been recovered and is new. The carpet still looks good, dash, doors, headliner, all fine. It's pretty simple, everything works. The stereo is rather archaic, but functions. All the preset stations are very 'mature', truck was obviously owned by an older gentleman/woman. It's comfy inside, nice to drive. mechanical I put about 50 miles on this truck driving it a day, great little pickup. The motor runs like a sewing machine, and should. If you don't get 300k out of a 22R you probably should consider buying a tank, this is one of the best motors ever made. This pickup was owned by the same person since day one, and was clearly kept. We received it in very good operating order and didn't do much. We replaced the parking brake cable, greased the suspension, and changed the oil. It had some normal crusty seepage underneath, but no obvious leaks. The 4x4 works fine, transmission has zero grinds, battery is good, and it drives straight. My only complaint I suppose was the tires. There's no timing belt to change on these, they have a chain.
