Vehicle Detail

1967 Camaro SS clone. The car has a 496 big block chevy (454 bored 60 over with a 4.25 stroke crank). This car is not perfect by any means, it is a great car to take to local shows and cruise ins. I will try to discribe it the best I can and will answer any questions anyone has. It needs a few little things and has some issues which I will list at the end of the description. I would be glad to show the car to anyone prior to auction end or if you want specific pics of something jus let me know. The engine probably has 500 miles on it and runs great. It has a Eagle crank and rods with 10.1 SRP pistons. It runs on premium pump gas. The heads are aluminum Pro Comp rectangle port and have Pro Comp vavles with comp cams springs and retainers. The cam is a Comp Cams mechanical solid lifter with Comp lifters and timing chain. It has a Milodon 7 quart oil pan and pick up, Wieland Team G intake topped with a 850 Speed Demon carb and a Mallory Hei distributor. The exhaust is Hooker headers going into a DR. Gas 3.5" X pipe then to two 3.5" Dynomax Bullet mufflers that stop just before the rearend. The transmission is a turbo 400 with a TCI rebuild kit in it and a B and M 3000 stall. The rearend is a chevy 12 bolt with drum brakes. It has 4.88 gears in it (its what came in the car when I bought it, would switch to a 3.73 or 3.55 if keeping the car). Its a real pain to drive on the street but would do great in the 1/8th mile. I removed the gas tank and put a fuel cell in the trunk along with the battery. For wheels it has Center 16x8" Telestars with M and H drag radials on the back. The car was painted five years ago it had new floor pans and quarter panels put on along with a new cowl induction hood. I had the fire wall smoothed where the heater core box was so the car has no heater now. I put new handles and lock sets in it. The car has some paint chips from being driven but still has a great shine to it. The car is a good looking car to take to local shows or cruise ins. I get compliments every time I take it out. The interior has black standard seats with Brite blue carpet that matches the stripe on the front of the car. It has Autometer guages for oil pressure, temp and voltmeter. I put 5" Automter speedo and tachometer in the car (speedo is not hooked up). It has new door panels, door handles and window crank. Alright the car is not completly done it is missing a few things mostly in the interior. None of the things it needs would prevent you from driving and enjoying the car. It needs window felts on both doors, pinch moulding that runs along the rear door panel trim and along the head liner. There is no insulation on the firewall on the inside of the car. The blinker lever doesn't work or the horn. There are two small holes in the headliner about 1 inch big also a small tear in the bottom of the back seat on the bottom part of the seat about 1 inch big also. It needs a kick panel on the passenger side. The car has no gas guage so you want to make sure you fill up before you go anywhere (remember its a big block chevy that likes gas). It only has the driver seat seat belt so it would need the back seat and passenger seat seat beltsThere is a little L metal bracket thing in the back by the window on the drivers sides it is about 2.5 inches each way. The brake lights dont work at the time I think it is a minor grounding problem. The white on two of the SS emblems by the blue stripe blew off when I was washing the car I work during the day and will answer emails as soon as I can. If you have any questions please ask, I will gladly answer them as soon as possible and to the best of my knowledge. There is a reserve on the car which is set pretty low compared to other cars that I feel are on the same level. Good luck and happy bidding . This car will need to be picked up within 7 days with full payment, if it is being shipped I will try and help out as much as possible.
