1974 Honda

Up for auction is a very nice Honda MR 50 elsinore; it has had a full cosmetic restoration; complete engine rebuild. She starts and runs great; shifts through all the gears perfectly. The fuel tank has been professionally repainted the correct colors; REMX fenders; sidepanels and seat cover and foam; New reproduction DG pipe; new spokes; rim bands; tubes and tires. Also has new chain and sprockets. The mag cover is undamaged as most are cracked. I am sure I am forgetting something so ask any questions you may have and I will answer to best of my ability. I have yet to find a new set of bars for the bike so the originals are still on the bike and are bent in the middle of the crossbar a little. If you install a crossbar pad I don't think it will be noticeable. This is a very nice example of the MR50 although it is not perfect; you will be hard pressed to find another in this shape for the price I am asking. I do not need the bike anymore and am selling off most of my collection of vintage mx bikes; and parts so I can cut down on my storage fees to keep 45 bikes that don't fit in my garage.... This will make a great display or pitbike for anyone looking for a little nostalgia of the early mx days..
