This truck was bought new buy a old friend of ours that passed away many years ago. It was driven a short time by one of his children then put in a barn for many years. My son was looking for an old truck and we got it from the family. We changed all the fluids, spark plugs and a new battery and it fired right up. Then we started pouring money and time into it. We had the Top end rebuilt,cam,lifters, timing chain, rotor, muffler, fuel pump, carbonate, voltage regulator, alternator, regulator, master cylinder, tires and probably some other things I can not think of at this time. He drives about 40 min. to school one way so he bought his brothers Honda because with 6 kids they all help pay for their own gas. I think we got all the main expensive things taking care of. The main things I think it needs are a new windshield, the roof had a fair amount of rust on it so we sanded it and bonded it but did not do that great of job. As you can tell it also needs to be repainted. The radio cassette played was making lots of cracking noises so we disconnected it. There might be something else but I can not thing of it right now. I know I should know but I am not a mechanic but a mechanic bubby said it was a 360 motor. This is a good truck and wish I had the time and money to finish it up like it should be, but daughter getting maried so trucks got to go. There is no resurve on this truck sale. The tool box does not go with the truck sale but can be bought through ebay for an additional $150.00 with truck.
