1935 packard 1201 convertible coupe this car has been in storage since 1964. the motor is out of the car and his been taken apart for rebuilding. the block has been hot tanked and checked as has the cylinders. the crankshaft has been turned, the cam has been reground, the starter and generator have been rebuilt. the clutch preasure plate and disc have been rebuilt and relined. the flywheel has been turned. many new parts have been purchased from max merrit including pistons, a complete gasket set, rings, carb kit, valve guides, timing chain, fuel pump kit, water pump kit, rocker arm rollers and pins, rod bushings. the car was originally a rear mounted spare but the previous owner purchased a left hand sidemount fender. there is a right hand spare tire well included as well as the original fenders that came on the car which did not have spare tire wells. the right hand rear fender is from a sedan and needs to be modified to fit a convertible coupe. there is an extra dashbord with gauges included to repair the damaged glove box doors in the car. all the seat are included except the rumble seat backrest. some minor rust in the left hand rocker panel but other than that the car is very solid. it has the three position convertible top and it is complete. also has the factory radio head but i do not have the radio box. motor is complete including carburator and air cleaner. pix of the motor and parts are available by emailing samsonized@hotmail.com here is a chance to own a full classic for a small fraction of its final value. the econony has forced me to downsize my collection. my loss your gain. purchase using the buy it now and i will ship it via enclosed carrier for no charge anywhere is the lower 48 states. clear ohio title
