This is a very straight original red car with repaint about 15 years ago, still very presentable. Never any rust as far as I can tell, always stored in climate controlled garage. There are some tears in the lower bucket seats which have seat covers on them. This is a VERY RARE non Torino 76E code car (Fairlane convertible with bucket seats) 1 of only 219 produced, making this possibly one of the rarest Fords made in 69. This is in very nice "driver" condition. It is not in show condition although it has been shown. It would take some detailing and light work to be a real show contender. I have owned it for about 12 years and it has been a faithful and fun cruiser. I am not aware of anything it needs mechanically, just a few cosmetics repairs needed. I reserve to right to end the auction early as it may be advertised locally. I recommend anyone bidding come and check it out in person and feel great about this beautiful car.
