All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted. - Desert Diamond Motors reserves the right to cancel our auctions early for any reason at any time. - Please make sure all your questions are answered before bidding. - If you are unsure about the color of a vehicle, please use the VIN and call your local dealer for more specifics. - Cars are demonstrated and/or test-driven on a daily basis and therefore may have more mileage upon delivery than indicated in original listings. - We accept money orders, cashiers checks, or wire transfers as forms of payment. We reserve the right to hold the title until cashier..s checks clear our bank (5 to 7 days). We do not exchange a check for a title. Personal, E-Loan, or company checks will not be accepted. Credit cards may be used through to make the initial deposit, up to $1,000. - Arizona residents must add all applicable sales tax (9.3%) to the final price. Arizona residents are also responsible for the license fee, temporary registration fee and a documentary fee of $288. - Out of state buyers are responsible for a documentary fee of $288. Non-Arizona residents wishing to drive their new vehicle prior to registering it in their home states will be responsible for a 90-day non-resident temporary permit fee of $35. If the vehicle is shipped outside of Arizona, all taxes and license fees will need to be paid by the buyer when the vehicle is registered in their home state. If the vehicle is delivered to the buyer in Arizona, we will collect the applicable taxes for your state at the time of purchase. All state taxes and motor vehicle-related fees are administered by each state individually, are not included in the price of the vehicle, and are non-negotiable. - Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. We require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending. Full payment must be complete within 5 days after the end of the auction. If payment terms are not followed as above, all contracts (eBay and Desert Diamond Motors) are void. - Although we make every attempt to accurately describe our vehicles, it is not possible to go into enough detail to satisfy some buyers. Our vehicles are all carefully selected and professionally detailed prior to delivery. We are proud of our vehicles, and they all represent something we would drive ourselves. That said, most of our vehicles are pre-owned and driven and therefore have been subject to normal wear and tear. Please do not rely on our descriptions only. It is the buyers sole responsibility to confirm all vehicle options, accessories, modifications, condition, factory paint codes, etc. with the vehicle manufacturer or a third party inspection service. Desert Diamond Motors welcomes and encourages third party vehicle inspections and will be happy to assist with the process. We will not be held responsible for any claims after delivery of a vehicle due to this inspection opportunity. - The buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements and costs. Occasionally we can help arrange shipping. - All vehicles are sold As Is with no warranty. Remaining manufacturers coverage may exist or an extended warranty/service contract may be available. - We do not accept escrow services. The vehicle must be paid in full before leaving our business. We do not send titles to the buyer until paperwork is signed and in our possession which includes, but is not limited to a signed purchase order and a signed General Information and Terms of Sale. - We are not responsible for mistakes in the ad. We are only human and occasionally make an unintentional mistake. Any disputes arising from a vehicle transaction shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Arizona, and will be tried in Maricopa County, Arizona regardless of whether the vehicle was picked up in our showroom or delivered to your door.
