Listed for sale is my wife's 2004 ML350. I purchased the SUV approximately 3 years ago from a builder that was about to lose his house. It was his wife's car and she wasn't none too happy about him having to sell it out from under her to make house payments. LOL This is the 5th ML series Benz that we've had and by far, the best! It has heated seats, factory NAV, Bose sound, Leather, all power options & automatic transmission. I am silent partners in a small auto/marine dealership in SC. My partner's primary business is auto & marine repair. He maticulously services all of my personal vehicles & this one has been serviced every 5k with Mobil 1 Synthetic. That being said, although this is our personal vehicle and is for sale by me personally, I can provide the buyer with a necessary "dealer transfer package" with temp tags so you are legal to drive it immediately upon receipt. This will be done for the buyer at NO additional fee for the purpose of allowing you to feel protected by buying through a licensed and insured dealership. The title is fee and clear and is in my and my wife's name ready to transfer to the new owner. There are absolutely NO known mechanical issues that need addressed with this vehicle. We took a trip in it the week before she got her Porsche Cayenne to replace it with. The current NADA clean retail value is $15,750.00. Taken into consideration that she's going to need tires pretty soon (roughly $625.00 and a LOOOONG story here!), I am offering the vehicle at a very low reserve considering the overall condition. You can certainly inspect and drive the vehicle if you are local, the car IS listed for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early should it sale locally. Now, for those of you that endured my long winded rant...the story on the tires. I told Lisa when we bought it that we were going to have to put tires on it in a couple of months. 3 years and over 30,000 miles later, I've said the same thing nearly every month. These are the darndest tires I've ever seen...they simply won't wear out! They have about the same 35% tread on them as the day we took possession. I'm sure she'd drive and handle much better with new ones...but I just couldn't bring myself to replace them until they wore just a little more! LOL Good luck and happy bidding.
