Vehicle Detail

Hello! Thank you for looking at my 1989 Firebird Formula. I have owned this car for 5 years, and I have only put a couple hundred miles on it. This is a TPI car. Since owning it I have replaced the old overflow tank, flushed the radiator, replaced the water pump and thermostat, installed an electric fan and replaced the head liner and back two speakers. I only drove this car back and forth to work for a couple of months before joining the military. I originally intended restoring it or making it a pro-street car, but I was severely injured on my last deployment and I am now unable to work like I used to. I am going to be completely honest about this car. It needs paint and the interior is in need of help. Mechanicaly, this car is great. I can send you a video of this car starting and idling if you want. It runs great considering the car and I are the same age! The rear latch for these cars are very sesitive and hard to find. I am lucky this one still works. I do not have a key for the T tops, but they are in great condition and are not locked. The headlight motors work really well and open up quickly and every time. I replaced all the weather stripping along the front two windows and the t tops, not the back window, as it did not need it. I replaced the transmission mount shortly after purchasing this car in 2006. I have new felt strips for the exterior of the doors, but they are not installed. I also have a new steering wheel to replace the ugly yellow one it has now, but it is not installed either. The drivers door could use a new door pin, as it does sag a little. The passenger door is fine. If you have any questions regarding this car please dont hesitate to send me a message. The title is in hand and I am a motivated seller, or I guess my wife is motivating me to sell! The buyer is responsible for shipping, but I will help get things arranged. I almost forgot, the exhaust is a flowmaster 40 series muffler with no cats. I did this exhaust myself and removed the converter because it was stopped up. Texas law does not require I have one on a car this age, so I never replaced it. It does not show any codes because of this, or any other reasons. The body has no rust at all and is in great shape. If I were to drive this car daily again, all I would do is tint the windows. On Sep-18-11 at 13:26:03 PDT, seller added the following information: THIS CAR DOES NOT HAVE ANY MONEY OUT AGAINST IT. EBAY IS WRONG I HAVE THE TITLE!!!!
