Rare 1974 US Model. THe 1974 designation denotes an MGB built between September 1974 and December 1974. This vehicle build date is December 31, 1974. Although the 1974 had the rubber bumpers and raised ride height like the 1975-1980 cars, 1974s were different from their later counterparts. They were the last MGBs to be equipped with dual SU carburetors. All subsequent cars were built with a single Zenith-Stromberg carburetor, reducing power output considerably. In addition, 1974? MGBs had less emissions equipment than the later cars.

This vehicle is all original, does not have any rust, nor does it show any signs of previous body work. The vehicle is repainted, same color as original. The interior is all original, no radio, passenger headrest has a cut covered by the tape. Carpets, floormats and ruber floor covers are original. No spare tire. Original jack. Soft top is perfect. Also has additional cockpit cover and top cover.

Vehicle starts well and drives very strong, good clutch, good brakes. Curentlly registered to June 2012 in California. California title issued in 2005, no history available to us.

Vehicle is in good conditions. You can drive it as a daily driver. Easy restoration, there are no missing parts and no rust. No frame damage, nu cuts.
