Hello, I am selling my 2002 Dodge neon because I do not drive it anymore. I moved to Albany New York(Where the car is) from Ohio. New York has a strict inspection and the neon will not pass. The car runs strong and shifts great, but it needs a few things. Needs Radio Brake job (They work well enough for me to drive it around town if need be) Back suspension work either a blower motor or resistor (for the heat) A gas cap The wind shield is cracked (It has been for 20k miles) If you win the action you pick it up, I will help in anyway I can.
