YOU ARE BIDDING ON my genuine 1968 Mustang S-code 4 speed fastback. It is an original Raven Black with black interior. It has the factory GT package. It has only 30,000 miles on the odometer–unfortunately, I have no documents to prove these are original miles, but it is my understanding that it was on display in a Museum for nearly 18 years (the gentleman who had it in the museum died several years ago), indicating that this would be a low mileage vehicle. I have owned the car for the past seven years, and have had the interior removed from the car while replacing carpeting–found no evidence of any patch panels or rust. It has the high-dollar Bullitt/Shelby leather wrapped steering wheel (valued at approximately $3,000.00), plus the dash is signed by Caroll Shelby. The paint is 8.5-9/10. There is no rust anywhere on the car. The car still has the red oxide primer on the underside. It has front disc brakes and rear drums. I have the original 14" chrome-slotted factory wheels with the GT hubcaps. It now sports 15X7" Torque Thrust rims with BFGoodrich radial TA’s, 215/60 /15 front and 235/60 /15 rear. The factory AM 8-track tape player has been restored and works great. Overall, this is a truly fantastic car - shows VERY well. It has won numerous first place awards, and always draws a crowd.
