Triumph Speed Triple T509 with Aerodyne Aerocharger This bike was purchased new by Brian Olson of Turbo Connection in Rapid City, South Dakota. He installed the Aerocharger turbo kit with integrated Intercooler and subsequently used the bike for shows and demonstrations at various Triumph dealers. It was purchased by its second owner in September of 1999 with 3200 miles and was in showroom condition. Now its third owner, I purchased the bike in May of 2010 with a little over 17,000 miles. It has never been dropped, stunted, drag raced or otherwise abused. It has always been stored inside and meticulously maintained. I have polished several of the aluminum bits, including heel guards, chain guard, gas cap surround and the steering damper brackets. Normal services have been performed as by Triumph recommendations; oil and fluid changes, valve adjustments and so forth. · The last oil change was this spring at about 18,000 miles · Valves were last adjusted at 13,000 miles by Triumph Detroit (next scheduled adjustment is at 24,000 miles) · New RK530 XW-Ring chain also at 13,000 miles The original Diablo Orange bodywork was replaced in 2002, purchased new from Triumph Detroit, and is model year 2000 in Nuclear Red. This was done strictly to update the look of the bike and is an extremely rare factory color. It is in very good shape with only minor stone chips.
