Loaded with 225 HP 1.8L Turbocharged Engine, 6-Speed Manual Transmission, Electronic stability program (ESP), Electronic permanent all-wheel drive. Baseball Glove Leather Heated Seats, Leather Steering Wheel and Door Trim, Cruise Control, Automatic Climate Control. I have personally owned and driven this car for over 4 years. I am not a dealer but a private seller. I am the 3rd owner. I have a clear title in hand. It was never in any major accident or flood. I have never had any major problems with the car. The original top has no rips and is in good condition except for the rear glass needed to be re-installed (explained below). I have changed the oil regularly and have replaced the following: · The timing belt kit including all pulleys, etc. · Water pump · Fuel pump · Motor mounts The car has some flaws. Both mechanical and electrical. The price of the NO RESERVE AUCTION reflects this, if your looking for a creampuff, look elsewhere and be willing to pay significally more. This car needs some work and is perfect for someone willing to do the repairs themselves. The car is available to be inspected anytime. I will be very honest about the car, this is an advantage to you, the buyer, you will know everything you need to know to make an educated decision. Other auctions are not so honest. · Both baseball seats have rips and tears in the butt area. · The check engine light is on. It has been on for a few months and I believe it is from a fuel or exhaust sensor. · Sometimes the “top open” light comes on, also probably from some sensor. · Sometimes the ABS light comes on. The Brake light is on and sometimes the ABS light comes on, this is because the brake pads need to be replaced. This causes some interior switches not to work like the fuel cap and trunk release. · The signal lights do not work (hazard lights OK). This is a common defect in this car and it is either from a defective hazard button or in the signal arm. (Google it) · The drivers display has missing or dead pixels. This is also a common defect (Google it) · The fuel and temperature gauges start at the halfway point and are not accurate. The gas tank is empty at the 1/2 mark and the car runs cool at the hot mark on the temp gauge. This is also a common defect (Google it) · The car was broken into. The rear window was pushed in but not broken. It was reinstalled via glue but will need to be redone. The defroster wire needs to be reconnected and is not working because of it. · The car has no radio, it was stolen. No damage was done to the dashboard or the center console. · They broke the glove box latch getting into it. I still have the latch but do not know if it can be fixed or replaced. The glovebox is closed but can be opened by pulling it open. The right side passenger window only goes 3/4 of the way down then stops. · The exhaust is loud. My mechanic said it is from a crack in the right flex pipe in the exhaust system. This is near the right engine manifold. Some exhaust work will be needed. · The car leaks about one or two drops of oil per day. Probably from the oil pan gasket or bolts. An inconvenience but no issue other than replace a quart every 2-3 months. Does not burn any oil, runs clean. I would rate the body and overall condition of the car fair. · The left front fender was backed into by another car and has a small dent. (Insurance Co. was not notified as it was hit in a parking lot and the damage was under the deductible.) · The lower front grill has a crack and deep scratches and scuff marks sustained from speed bumps, driveways, etc. · The front hood has a some chips. The right rear tail-light is cracked but works. There is a rust spot the size of a dime under the rear trunk spoiler The exterior body has many dings and scratches throughout. I have one master key. I also have a switchblade type key/remote that needs a battery in order to work. The battery is good. The tires are good with plenty of life left. The car starts and runs good. The clutch is good, it shifts into all gears as it should. The engine runs smooth and is clean. The trunk area is very clean and has the original donut and tools. It has the original emergency kit and all original manuals and books. I have a tourneu boot cover that I have never used and will give it to the buyer. Overall, a nice car that runs good but needs some work. The price reflect this and if you are mechanically inclined, a great deal. I have tried to state all the flaws that I know about as I am representing the car as honestly as possible. I am not a dealer, so your going to have to get temp plates for transportation as I prefer LOCAL PICK-UP as the easiest delivery method. I cannot and will not help to arrange shipping. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company. 6.Warranty - This vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. I have tried to represent this vehicle accurately but will not be held accountable for misprints in auction or any mechanical failure. 7. Bid Retractions - Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. 8. Negative Feedback Bidders - I do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email or call me prior to bidding. 9. Successful Bidder - The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. 10. Non-Paying Bidder - If the deposit is not received within 1 business day of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
