For sale is a 2005 ford Explorer 4x4, 3rd row seat, front and rear A/C, all power ,leather seats. Has 133k miles mostly hiway, oil changed every 3000 miles since new. Has minor body scrape marks from sliding up against a guard rail covered in snow. The Transmission light just came on, trans has minor hesitation sometimes, With 1-2 second delay from park to reverse, The vehicle still drives fine. If trans needs replaced , average prices are about $1200 to $1500, for new install.you have to shop around , some shops are crazy just for a rebuild. 2 Cats just replaced this year, with new front brakes , rotors and tires.Has tow package.
