My father and I were going to restore this 1966 Corvair Monza together. Unfortunately we do not have the time or garage space to take the project on right now. The car is very solid, only surface rust which you can see from the pictures. Wheel wells, underbody, ect are all solid. The body is straight, the doors open and close smoothly. It's a great car to start from, it has Corsa badging but it is a Monza. We have had the car for 3 years and have done nothing to it but put it in our garage since we have had it. It doesn't run and the brakes don't work. While we are car guys and mechanically inclined, we are not Corvair experts so if there is any questions on something feel free to ask. The title is clean and there is an extra motor that comes with it. On Aug-31-11 at 15:25:31 PDT, seller added the following information:
