Clean, one owner, original paint, ceiling liner, seats like new, A/C, cabinets, vinyl graphics (could be removed), good tires. Runs but needs work. I bought this van new in May of 1989. I ran a small business installing stripes and graphics. I built the custom cabinets to hold my stock supplies and tools. The vehicle received all the scheduled maintenance and was “retired” in the summer of 1995. At that time the van was just too small for my needs. It was put into storage for 16 years. In 2009 my needs changed. I took the van out of storage and started returning it to good running condition: - The gas tank was boiled out - The fuel pump was replaced with a new one - A/C was converted over to the newer system and works great - New platinum plugs - New spark plug wires - New cap and rotor - New battery - New thermostat - New timing belt and lower pulley - New tires - New air filter - New windshield, etc. I put about 16,000 miles on it in 2 years since the rebuild. Now the van is not working well. The transmission is now a semi-automatic, the engine runs rough and it often dies at a stop. Several mechanics can’t agree what is wrong. My wife says that I just need a good mechanic. She may be right. I no longer consider this vehicle reliable transportation for me. It looks great inside and outside.
