This car runs and moves under its own power, but has several mechanical deficiencies that will require the vehicle to be towed or hauled from our facility. This car is being sold as a parts car/mechanic’s special and is not a drive-away vehicle. Mileage: 257,993 (163,000 on current motor) Exterior Color: Tan Interior Color: Gray Engine: 2.4 Liter 4-cylinder Transmission: Automatic Drive Train: Front-wheel Drive The car starts quickly and idles well and does move under its own power. The headlights, taillights, break lights, and turn signals all seem to work properly. This car is on its second engine, the current engine has 163,000 miles on it. The motor seems to run well and gets 30 to 32 mpg on the highway. The car has a broken suspension piece on the driver’s side front wheel, and this has caused the wheel to be canted in a obviously bad manner. The wheel bearings on this wheel may also be bad. The check engine light is on when the motor is running, and the front brakes are shot and need immediate attention. The radio/CD player and air conditioning do not work. The weatherstripping around the trunk has gone bad, allowing water to stand in the spare tire storage area. The radiator has a small leak that allows some coolant to escape. The car had new front tires and a new exhaust put on this past March. Remember, this is a parts car only, not a driver; make your plans for picking up the vehicle accordingly.
