1967 Honda S90

This is an exceptionally clean Honda S90 "Super 90", 90cc motorcycle. I purchased this 1 year ago from a friend as a project to get it in running codition. I am the third owner but it was in the same family for 43 years until I purchased it last summer. The bike is now running but needs new tires to be road ready. They might be original tires as they are cracking but I'm not sure. The bike has only 3500 miles and the chrome is in great condition. Tank looks great and the Tank Badges are original. Since owning the bike I have used the 3-part tank repair system to remove all rust, etch, and seal the tank. I have also replaced the fuel cock, battery and a few other items with OE parts from Honda. I worked at the Honda motorcycle factory in Marysville, OH for 17 years until it was closed recently. I still work for Honda so I have purchased all of the replacement parts through our on-site service center. This motorcycle is absolutely beautiful and could be a show room quality bike with just a little work. It still needs a few minor parts and work to completely restore it. Needs an Air Filter Cover, the darn thing blew off on my first ride and I couldn't find it. It also needs the clutch lever housing replaced. The current one works but it has a crack in the casting. It also needs a carb adjustment. All of the parts are available on Ebay or through other sources. I've only had the bike up to 30mph due to the tire condition and noticed the carb has some lag. May just need a cleaning or an adjustment. Due to the age of this bike, it has to be sold "as is" but you won't be disappointed. It has a clear Indiana title and can be seen at my house if you live close by. If you plan to have it shipped the buyer needs to make all arrangements. I can meet your shipper at my house but you need to take care of the rest.
