1970 Honda CB

This bike was purchased from the estate of the original owner. A strap broke while transporting it and damaged the lower right muffler and the tail-light / rear fender. The Illinois title is signed by the Trustee and comes with a copy of the Death Certificate. The pictures show all apparent need for repair plus one tab is missing from the left sidecover. No chainguard or tool kit. The paint on the headlight ring and heatshields has preserved the original finish. This bike was produced in May of 1970 which is about 2 months before the change to the K1 model. The inside of the tank is faily clean with no visible rust. I added a little gas and used a battery from one of my other CB750s to start the bike. It was idling in my garage in June but I have not driven the bike. I am willing to help with shipping but all costs are to the buyer. I can offer low-cost delivery next week on my way to Salt Lake City or in October to the Barber Vintage Festival in Birmingham, Allabama. Otherwise you can arrange for pickup at my residence.
