Up for auction is my 1966 Pontiac Grand Prix. This is a complete running & driving car, but needs total restoration. 389 4bbl. turbo400 auto w/ console & bucket seats. PS,PB, AC, Power mirror, tilt, cruise and power drivers seat. as I stated, this car needs a complete resto. Trunk and rear quarters. floor is rusted through. The interior and vinyl top are in excellent condition. On Aug-20-11 at 04:35:26 PDT, seller added the following information: I received an e mail asking to be more detailed about the condition of the body panels. The engine compartment,and floorboards are very solid and saveable. The frame is also very good. However, the entire trunk is rusted through as well as the inner qtrs. and Dr. qtr. panel. Also, I have this car for sale locally for $2500.00, and reserve the right to stop the auction at any time. On Aug-21-11 at 12:09:05 PDT, seller added the following information: I've received a few emails asking if the car is drivable for long distances. Although I have driven this car twice in the past few weeks, I would strongly suggest having it trailered. It has been sitting for many years. The brakes and tires are in poor shape. Also, the fuel tank is dirty and plugs the fuel filter after 20 miles or so. I removed the gas tank and sent it out to be cleaned. Please e mail me if you need more details.
