This is Toaster he has been our loyal family bus for 2 years. We love him to death but cant keep him anymore as we are moving. He is a 1978 champagne edition bus. He has a sunroof but it doesn't work but could. I never messed with it as I have 2 daughters and didnt want it open with them in the car ever. So when we got Toaster he was not running of course lol he was a fuel injected model. He now has duel solex carbs on him that are almost new. The compression is at 140 on each cylinder is what the Vw shop here told me. He has brand new brakes, new starter, new ignition switch, professionally tinted lifetime windows all the rubber mats on the floor are in almost new shape no tears, holes, rips, cracks, or discolor they are in very great shape. There is no rust or cancer on the floor board front to back. The only rust on Toaster is in his battery tray. He has a 2.0 motor in him that runs and drives. Duel carbs can be tricky to sink at times but he runs good. Everything on the bus works except the dome light in the passenger area and the sunroof. This is a great bus. He has almost no dents, the front end has none there are a few very small dents on the passenger side. Toaster is a wonderful bus and needs a good home we will miss him. The seats in front are not the original seats, however the seat in back is in really good shape. The driver side seat that was put in is electric. I say again Toaster has NO CANCER he is a dry body and a great bus. There is international shipping available. We will help you get the car to the port in Portland at buyers expense.
