I am selling my 2001 Honda Crv AWD 5 Speed This is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have owned it for about 2 years now I am the second owner, I bought it from an older lady that was one of my customers when I was a service advisor at Honda in Indio, CA. She sold it to me because she didn't need a car anymore, now I'm only selling it because my family has grown and I need a minivan! Anyways this vehicle is drives absolutely perfect and looks great. No leaks at all under the hood,of course no rust, A/c blows very cold, engine runs like new (in fact I just had it smogged this week for its bi-annual check and the smog tech showed me on the paperwork it tested like a new car), transmission is smooth as new and just had a new clutch and bearings installed 2 months ago along with a new front axle. Also the spare tire has 100% tread never been used. This is my daily driver (100 miles a day), so I know it is reliable and I average 26 miles to the gallon. It has ALWAYS been serviced by Unicars Honda in Indio, CA. Brakes are good, tires are OK, new air filter, all fluids have been replaced within 20,000 miles and the oil has been changed every 3,000 miles religiously. Engine valves have been adjusted every 50,000 miles, no ticks or engine knocks. Paint looks great on the outside with a few minor knicks from highway driving, interior is very clean and carpet is good. Everything on the vehicle works well including the keyless entry system and all electronics, myself and the first owner are both NON-SMOKERS so there are no burns in the seats or smoke smell in the vehicle. Rear rubber cargo mat is included along with Honda spare tire cover. It has adjustable suspension installed currently but I will include the original springs also if you wanted to put it back to stock. No engine modifications ever on vehicle. NO ACCIDENTS. IT IS A CLEAN TITLE. One thing that is not great is the winshield, it has a small place where a rock hit it, it should be replaced but I have been putting it off (costs about $150.00).The registration has just been renewed today so its good for a whole year and the smog cert. is good for 90 days (for transfer).
