1960 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible owned since 1965. Restoration started and difficult part done. Chassis modifications made for a more "driver friendly" car rather than the original feel (more street rod like). Body has been chemically stripped to bare glass. Body in excellent condition; never any major damage or wrecks. Original color Honduras Maroon. Both hard top and soft top (bows in great condition). Hard top needs new glass, headliner perfect. Soft top is the original and would need replacement. All interior pieces included but most need recovered or replaced.Almost all chrome and stainless replated, polished, or replaced. Many new parts like emblems, trim, etc. Original frame was blasted and painted and modified with Heidts Mustang II front end, rack and pinion steering, disk brakes, and tubular a-frames. Ford 9" rear end (gear not installed), 4-bar link, air bags, and disc brakes. 468c.i. big block with 10:1 pistons, high performance rectangular port closed chambered heads, roller rocker arms, and Sanderson block hugger headers. Engine professionally built and never run. 1965 4 speed Muncie M22 transmission professionally rebuilt/restored. Everything included to complete with the exception of windshield glass, dash pad, exhaust, brake lines, new wiring harness(orig. still in place).
