Up for sale is a 48 Ford f-1 project. What is in the pictures is what is there, no engine or transmission. I do have a clear Tennessee title in my name. Last tagged and on the road in 2007. Was originally a flathead v-8 with 4 speed gear box. I no longer have either one. I put new brakes ( wheel cylinders, hoses, shoes, master cylinder, 12v brake pressure swithch) on in 2007. I cut the hard lines off when I painted the frame. There is some rough spots in the sheetmetal, especially the bed panels. I feel that the rest of the metal is in fixable shape. The springs are shot. The cab is mounted, the front sheetmetal is loosely bolted together for transport. All the rusty and stuck bolts are already removed, so restoration will be easy. The frame has been stripped and painted, a lot of hard work has already been done on this truck. What is shown is all that there is. No reserve, must be picked up within 2 weeks of end of auction.
