For sale is a 2005 VW Jetta TDI. It is the new 2005 with the new body style and options. It has the good DSG transmission and a 1.9 Diesel engine with the new PD technology. The interior has pretty much all the options...... Leather power seats, Premium sound system with an in dash 6 disc cd changer. It has automatic climate control. The interior condition is imaculate. Everything is clean and operational with the exception of some smudges on the radio controls and a spot on the passenger seat. The exterior is in perfect condition with no scratches or dings. The paint shines like new. the brakes are good and the tires are almost brand new. The engine in this particular car is the thing of beauty! The cylinder head was completely rebuilt by Frank Irving, the absolute best and most renowned TDI engine rebuilder in the USA. The Camshaft and Lifters were replaced with upgraded ones. The camshaft was then broken in correctly with high performance racing break in oil recommended by Frank. While the head was rebuilt the bottom end of the engine was checked and has above average compression numbers.The reason for the head rebuild was camshaft wear. The engine still ran when I had the rebuild done.The intake manifold/egr is clean. The turbo is clean and boosts normally.The timing belt/tensionor/pully/water pump was just changed properly. Good for another 100k miles.Coolant was flushed. All filters (oil, fuel, air, interior fan) were changed.Oil was changedI might not be thinking of some stuff but I spent a ton of money on getting the engine in super running condition.the transmission works real good and is known to be a real good one.Everything is totally stock on the car.
