Honda S90 The Super 90 was built between the years of 1964 and 1969. Honda made this bike for the rider who was ready to take the next step up from a smaller Honda Z50 or CT70. Even though the bike had better performance than earlier models the Honda S90 kept the small and light feel of the slower bikes. The single-cylinder overhead-cam, 90cc four-stroke allowed for a decent 60 mile an hour top speed. To compliment the higher performance engine, the brakes and suspension where both upgraded. Overall the Super 90 (S90) was and is still a great riding bike and a great motorcycle for bike collectors Engine: Single Cylinder, overhead cam, four stroke Bore & Stroke: 50x45.6 mm Compression Ratio: 8.2:1 Transmission: 4 speed Weight: 191 lb (dry) Top Speed: around 62mph 1966 Honda Super 90 This S90 is original and has not been restored – but was maintained as a summertime rider. Its appearance and general mechanical condition reflect this. It’s a nice 1966 bike. Parts are available and reasonable on the net. Recent maintenance includes: Sealed battery – eliminates always checking the water level. Rear tire and tube – front tire and tube are great Front fork rubber shock covers New bulbs New front and rear brake shoes The bike shows the expected wear – (there is a tear in the seat that has been taped.) The attached photos are the bike being sold. Engine and transmission was disassembled, cleaned, and brought up to spec when I bought it years ago. That included; new cylinder –piston – rings – gaskets – stainless socket-head bolt kit – new carburetor - new clutch stack. This bike was going to be a rider. The bike is being sold as is – where is.
