We purchased the car in 2004 from a dealer in Florida. Chandler Classic Cars in Bradenton Florida said he purchased from someone in Florida. We are not sure how much restoration, if any, was done to the car. We did not do anything to the car except what we have noted in the listing. We don't put it through the car wash, we hand wash it ourselves, never had any roof leaks. Yes the spotlights work and stand up. It is also a great cruiser, lots of compliments when we drive it.
