It's time for me to part ways with my rare Datsun 810. I've had it for 2 years. I keep finding excuses not to get started and it's time to pass this great car on to someone who will do it justice. The car runs and drives. The longest distance I've drive is 11 miles, and that was the day I bought it. I start it occasionally and move it from one side of my driveway to the other. The little history I know on the 810 is that it is the predecessor to the Maxima. It came with the 280Z motor, which is a 2.8L inline 6. When this car was new it was a top of the line car for Datsun and loaded with all kinds of cool features for the time. The Good: Straight Body Rust Free Good Glass Runs Drives Famous 2.8L Motor Clean Title Can be driven while restored Don't see them every day The Bad: Missing Bumpers Dash is cracked and needs replaced Missing factory radio Missing one head rest Headliner is sagging Needs paint Needs tune up Battery is old This is a great car and very rare, but still it's over 30 years old and needs some TLC. I've tried to describe it to the best of my ability. Please email me questions if you need more info or photos. No warranties given or implied. I will store the car for 2 weeks while the buyer arranges shipping. A deposit of $250 is due within 24 hours after auction ends via paypal. The remainder is due in 7 days in the form of a money order, cashiers check, cash or personal check. I will release the car once the check has cleared.
