I’m selling this car for a friend. This is a AS IS Sale. The car is a true 1969 RS/SS 396 X22 Camaro. It needs a complete restoration. It’s a great car to restore this is a rare car. The motor and transmission is missing the 12 bolt is gone it has a 10 bolt in it now . The RS head light doors are gone and the vacuum equipment is missing, but in one of the pictures it shows where the vacuum line’s run threw the firewall in the factory location. I’m not sure which 396 were in this car cause I think GM used 3 different 396 motors that year. It looks like it had the factory tented glass windows. The car was a Dover white car with a factory hockey stripe. The interior was standard black all of the interior is their other than the RPM gauge, the MPH and fuel gauge in the center of the column is still their, the radio is gone .It still has the horse shoe shifter and consol so yes it was a automatic car. All of the Glass is there. The Frame Rails are good and solid they just have a little bit of surface rust Most of the body needs to be blasted down to find what truly needs replaced I know for sure floor pans, some work to the quarter panels. The whole car needs attention but I know that it’s not at all beyond repair. This Is a Good solid car to restore your more than welcome to come look at the car before you bid on it.
