This very rare Mercury is one of those "needle in a haystack" type of cars! Very few Cougar's came equipped with the very powerful 4.6V8 (which is the same engine as a Mustang). I have seen some Cougar's listed here on Ebay but they are all 6cyl cars. So expect this one to both worth more due to the rarety of her! Here are the details: Fully loaded with all the amenities including V8 Engine, Auto Transmission, Dual Exhaust, Power Seat, Dual Airbags, Keyless Entry, Premium Stereo, Leather Upholstery, Cruise Control, Tilt wheel. Alloy Wheels, Traction Control and many many more features! Exterior: Considering this is a 94 not a 2004 it is immaculate. Only showing minor wear and tear this Beauty is far from an embarrassment to cruise in! That is, if you can drive it slow enough for anyone to see it anyway! The paint is still very glossy, no major dents or scratches, all the glass is intact, and has no rust whatsoever! Interior: Very clean! Again, this is a 94 but all intact! The seats and carpet are tear and stain free, no cracks in the dash or doorpanels. The headliner is perfect. All the lights, switches and gauges operate as they should. No disappointments! Mechanical: Near perfect. The very fast 4.6V8 roars with full power and no leaks or funny noises. The Transmission shifts nice and smooth. The Tires are near new. The steering is nice and tight. The exhaust has a slight rattle to it, but no engine lights or smoke or funny smells. so it could just be a heat shield? Has a good NJ inspection till the end of 2012! No problem with flying in and drive it home to Florida, California, Canada or wherever you are! Don't delay on this one as I doubt I will be able to find another XR7 V8 like this for a very long time. Oh yea, by the way the Reserve is set at a ridiculously low number so it will be sold! There is no transit tags issued, Plates and transportation are your responsibility. I can recommend Transport companies if needed. Mileage on vehicle may differ slightly due to test drives as it is for sale locally as well. I have the right to refuse sale to high bidder at my discretion. There is also an additional $299 documentary fee charged to every winning auction to cover title and any courier fees.
