This is a nice 1965 Chevy Malibu convertible with a 283 V8 and a 3 speed manual transmission. The car is a blast to drive and is the perfect car for cruisin in the summertime. The car is all original with the exception of a repaint and some later model hubcaps (the originals are in the trunk). The interior of the car has a nice two tone blue interior with a good dash and door panels. The carpet near the front seats could be tightened up but otherwise the interior is in good shape. The body is straight but there are some waves in the quarter panels that the inspector indicated in his report. The metal on the car could stand to be redone and after that the car would really be sharp. The tires are in good shape with only a bit of wear and the car also just had the brakes gone over and checked out. Also in the trunk is the original cover for the convertible top when retracted. The cars runs and drives smoothly and has great eye appeal. The car has undergone a 3rd party inspection and it has been deemed "roadworthy and a solid convertible with a preferred body style".
