1987 PONTIAC FIERO GT RUNS GOOD 5 SPD PARTS OR RESTORE I am selling my 1987 Pontiac Fiero GT 5 speed. The car cannot be regestired as is. I took the body apart to do a parts off paint job but I cannot afford it. Everything works, power windows, power trunk, power door locks, power headlights. The car runs and I start it every few months. New: wires, cap, rotor, air filter, battery, clutch master, clutch slave, rear calipers, alternator, EGR valve, short throw shifter, ignition, signal lever with cruise control, front bumper mount, dew wipes, front sway bar links, clutch pedal. Modifications: I welded in a 2 in. square tube frame over the wheel wells to replace the weak original frame as I was going to do an engine swap. A rear sway bar has also been added before I got the car. What it needs: Some body work and paint. Tail lights and sail panels. I would replace the carpet, seat covers, trunk carpet and head liner. What is good: The car only has 84,000 miles on it. There are no leaks anywhere. I did all of the cleaning and painting under the inner bumpers and front and rear chasis. I cleaned and reset the foam on the center console and center dashboard. Spare Parts: Original rear bumper, complete trunk lid from a car that had 30k miles, passenger side door skin, other trim pieces I got from the 30k fiero. Please ask any questions before bidding. All bids are final. I am selling this car as is and it is not a streetable vehichle at this point. The winning bidder will need a car trailer to pick up the vehicle.
