1982 Volkswagen rabbit diesel pickup. 132,000 miles. Rust free, vechicle was orginally from southern California. New front struts, tires, battery. Injector pump has new seals. Motor was rebuilt about 5,000 miles ago. A new head was installed during rebuild ( old one had cracks between the valves).5 speed transmission. Air conditioner blows cold. Dash has no cracks. Sliding rear window allows acess to bed .45 mpg. All guages, clock, speedometer, odometer work. Windshield washer doesn't work. Cover of ashtray has broken off and is included.. No tears in the seats. Spare tire and carrier and jack and lug wrench. Aftermarket cd player.Oil pressure guage on side of steering column.Glass has no cracks or chips. Hub cap on passenger side is included (clips on wheel have broken). Trim below drivers door is missing.On Jul-25-11 at 10:18:47 PDT, seller added the following information: I will be adding pictures of the interior, undercarriage and parts that go with this truck monday afternoon. Also note that the vent windows are screwed shut. Side mirrors are adjustable from the inside. Included are two steel wheels. The report that ebay ran on this truck said that this vechicle had a salvage title. When I bought this truck ( from an ebay auction ) seven years ago it had a clear california title. This report states that this is a one owner truck. I am the third owner that this vechicle has had. If any or all that have bid on this truck desire to retract their bid let me know. Upon winning this auction if the winner is not pleased with this truck then all money will be refunded minus ebay fees.
