I've had this truck since 1997 but haven't used it the last few years. It has a 1957 Chrysler Windsor engine/transmission. 354ci polysphere and pushbutton automatic. Bucket seats, I think Nissan. I had the water pump rebuilt, installed an electric fuel pump, replaced the shocks, rebuilt the wheel cylinders and replaced the brake hoses. Alternator is a GM 1-wire. I replaced the felt window channels for the side sliding windows. I have new weatherstrip for the doors, front and rear. Also included is a 1966 Town Wagon Power Wagon for parts. Tires have less than 1,000 miles on them. Body is quite solid, with the worst spot being the left rear fender lip (see picture). There's also a small rust spot on bottom rear of right front fender. Windshield has a crack, but parts truck has an undamaged tinted windshield. I had it parked in my shop for the last couple years. A few weeks ago I put the battery from my pickup in, fired it up and drove it up the hill to where it is now parked. I suspect the brake booster needs new hoses, as when I braked the brakes stopped hard but seemed to lose power as I held them, requiring more pedal pressure the longer I held them to keep the truck from creeping (not holding vacuum?). This truck would make a great restoration, rod candidate, or just drive as is or fix up to whatever degree desired. I have way too many vehicles, project and running, and need to make room.
