It is greatly appreciated Thanks and God Bless Hi Everyone my name is John and I own a Restoration shop, I have a VC56L V.I.N. all original 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air Sedan up for Auction: V= original V-8 car C= original BEL AIR 56= YEAR L = built in Los Angeles, California Thats right its a California built car which means its RARE, Only California GM Factory cars came with a fully boxed and smoothed frame with one piece bumpers and this car has them all !!!! !!! It has been in Precott, Arizona Yavapai county its whole life and in storage since the 80's. The News papers that the parts were wrapped in said March 10,1989 so its been boxed up since at least then. Last titled in 1972 both previous owners have now passed on !! All of the OEM original EXPENSIVE stainless is there and NOT DAMAGED, only missing one quarter panel side piece, the hood bird, and a quarter panel bow tie GOLD emblem! Also the car has the RARE optional "circulating Heater with original control unit" this style was an electric heater control which replaced the usual Cable Driven heater box and was an additional $50 from GM as an option. all of the interior components are complete but need to be redone (complete meaning all the door cups are there, handles and door panel trim pieces along with all the dash trim and components) The car is completely apart I do not have the engine and transmission for this car so it is being sold without them but, it is an original 3 speed on the column and I have all of the linkage including clutch fork and Z-bar Trim Tag is still on the car and reads as follows:Style 56-1011D Body No 2539Trim No 573 Ivory White interiorPaint No 688A Pinecrest green (which is the color under the red, the car has only been painted once since new from what i can tell)Top EZ1 I couldn't find what this code is on the internet anywere so i have no idea what this means ACC Car is 99.% Rust FreeIt would cost an easy $3,000-$4,000 in sheet metal Plus another $3000-$4,000 in labor cost to get a body this rust free on most 56 Chevys You are saving thousands on restoration costs by purchasing this car The stainless along pieced out sells for close to $3,000 most of the trim for this car is NOT available aftermarket since it is a sedan Bel Air andALL AFTERMARKET STAINLESS IS NOT COMPARABLE TO THESE O.E.M.aftermarket trim pieces are wavy, with kinks from the buff and do not contour to the body when you buy them., I KNOW I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST! you tri-5 guys know what I mean! We know these cars in and out I have personally professionally restored many! We are a full restoration shop ! Car still has original faded paint Job trim tag number 688 Pinecrest Green with Ivory white interior Needs to be stripped and repainted No major body damage, only a few small dents here and there CAR IS COMPLETE but a project and easily worth $6,000. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BID ::::: The car has not been registered in ARIZONA since 1972 and currently there is no record of the car in DMV since it has been so long. After a certain point of time when a car is not in the system in Arizona they remove it. I will be including 2 Arizona DMV certified Bills of sale with this car only, I have ran the vin number though the DMV system at my expense and it has no issues. Also I had the DMV run a "Purged Record" and they said a bonded title is $350. and roughly 3 weeks, all they needed is a Notorized bill of sale (which i will be providing). I will include the Notorized Bill of sale I was given by the previous owner which includes all of his information with drivers license along with A Notorized bill of sale you will receive from me personally and I will give you all of my information with drivers license number on that DMV Bill of sale.so you will have 2 Notorized Bills of sale from the Arizona DMV to title this car in your state, that is all I have. Both previous titled owners are passed away so they cannot be contacted! I guarantee this car to NOT be stolen or have any history issues. I can show you all receipts from Arizona DMV to prove everything i am telling you!
