It's a 1979 Chevrolet Scottsdale K20 4X4 that had a frame off restoration done by the prior owner. Be sure to check out the photos of the restoration in process. I was told when I purchased the truck on E-Bay 3 years ago that the only items that were not replaced in the restoration was the bench seat, the wheels and the cab. I am a New York State licensed car dealer and I purchased the truck to be a service vehicle for my dealership. The only reason I am selling it is that in the past year we have put less than 1K miles on it. The previous owner did a great job custom building the flat bed and I added a frame hitch and interior brake controller. The only items I am aware of that the truck needs is a cover for the bench seat and it starts hard when it is cold. I have always assumed the hard start was the result of old gas. When it is warmed up, just touch the key and it fires right up. You are welcome to make an appointment and come take it for a test drive. This thing is a bear in the snow, nothing can stop it. Since it is owned by my dealership it will be sold with a current New York State inspection. The odometer reading is 07678. It is my opinion that the truck has at least 107,678 miles on it. According to NY State law any vehicle I sell with over 100,000 miles is sold "as is". Please ask any questions that you may have before you bid as this baby is being sold both "as is" and "where is".
