Hello and thanks for looking at my listing. Here’s your chance to own a nice BMW K1200RS Sport Touring motorcycle. I’m selling it because I’m moving to FL and will not be hauling this motorcycle with me. It is in overall really nice condition for its age. Has electronic cruise control and heated hand grips with two heat level settings. Brakes are servo assisted, ABS and are very responsive. In addition to the normal rear brake light there is an extra set of LED flashing brake lights down by the license plate that helps catch the attention of upcoming vehicles. It has extended front and rear fenders at the bottom to help with splash and debris. Seat is in great condition with no rips or tears. Tires still have some tread left, the front is probably a little lower in tread than the rear. It has 17,948 miles which will vary since I’m still riding it. I’ve put about 1,100 miles on it since I purchased it from the previous owner. This motorcycle has a salvage title. According to the previous owner he purchased it from an insurance company in Minnesota as a theft recovery and then had it pass Wisconsin inspection to have a salvage title in WI. At 17,637 miles I took it in to the BMW dealership and had them go through everything and also had what they called a “major service” performed (new oil filter, synthetic oil, air filter, spark plugs, brake fluid) to make sure it was ready to do some good riding. This is a solid machine that gets a lot of looks. It handles great and has plenty of power (130hp) and gets good gas mileage (40+ mpg). It has a few chips and scratches that are minor. I tried to show them in a couple of the pics. There might be a few more than this but these were the most evident ones. A $200 nonrefundable deposit via PayPal is due within 48 hrs. of winning the item. Balance of payment to be cash in person or U.S. certified bank/cashier’s check within 7 days.
